1. Scope of the Journal
Al Muqdad Journal of Sciences publishes original research articles, review papers, technical notes, and short communications in all fields of science, including natural sciences, applied sciences, engineering, medical sciences, agricultural sciences, and interdisciplinary studies. The journal encourages contributions that present innovative methodologies, experimental results, and critical reviews that advance scientific knowledge.
2. Manuscript Types

3. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the OJS system at [Insert Journal Website Link].

Initial Submission: Authors may submit their manuscripts in a draft form for the purpose of review.

Post-Acceptance Requirement: If the manuscript is accepted, the corresponding author will be notified and provided with a time frame (usually 2–3 weeks) to:

4. General Requirements

Manuscripts must be written in clear English.

The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word format (.docx).

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.

Page numbers should appear in the bottom-right corner.
5. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript must include the following sections (in order):

Title Page

Title of the paper (concise, informative, no more than 20 words).

Full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and email addresses.

Corresponding author indicated with an asterisk (*).

Abstract

150–250 words.

Should summarize background, methods, results, and conclusion.

Provide 4–6 keywords.

Provide sufficient detail for replication.

6. Tables and Figures

Tables must be editable (not images).

Figures must be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

Number tables and figures consecutively (Table 1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).

7. Ethical Considerations

Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited (screened using similarity check software).

Studies involving humans or animals must include ethical approval details.
8. Peer Review Process

All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review.

Reviewers remain anonymous to authors, and vice versa.

Average review time: 4–6 weeks.
9. Licensing and Copyright

Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right of first publication.
