The Impact of an Assertive Behavior-Based Guidance Program on Developing a Culture of Dialogue among University Students: A Statistical Approach

The research aims to identify the effect of a guidance program using assertive behavior on developing a culture of dialogue among university students. The researcher followed a quasi-experimental approach. The sample consisted of (20) male and female students from the College of Education, Al-Muqaddad, and they were divided into two groups: a control group and an experimental group of (10). The program included (13) sessions. The SPSS statistical package was used. The following results indicated the effect of the assertive behavior approach on developing a culture of dialogue among university students.) According to the research results, the researcher reached a set of conclusions and proposed several proposals.
